Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Stock Controller to join our team. In this position, you will support both finance and warehouse operations by accurately maintaining stock records via physical counts, operating systems, reports, and research. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience in both office and warehouse operations and environments.
Role Responsibilities
• Manage and verify regular cycle counts and determine root cause and resolutions.
• Training and coaching of warehouse staff on WMS cycle count process. Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile physical stock levels to system stock (SAP and WMS).
• Investigate anomalies and suggest corrective actions for WMS and SAP.
• Investigate and resolve customer service shipping issues.
• Investigate and resolve warehouse stock queries reported by Operations.
• Work with teams to resolve inbound delivery discrepancies and queries.
• Partner with Returns to remove non-conforming and damaged goods from stock.
• Manage stock rotations as requested
• Identify and correct failed interface transactions between SAP and WMS.
• Adherent to all health and safety guidelines
• Attention to detail is required

Qualifications
• Experience in ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
o SAP highly desired and ShipHawk preferred
• Advanced mathematical skills
• Inventory and stock control experience required
• Understanding of data analysis tools within Excel to identify patterns and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
• Ability to use or learn to use warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
