Job Purpose Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking Web & Digital Growth Partner to take ownership of our digital presence and help shape the online experience across all markets.

As a key member of the Marketing and Digital team, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising our HubSpot-based website architecture, implementing SEO and digital growth strategies, and using data-driven insights to enhance lead generation and support business growth.

This role combines hands-on technical capability with a strategic mindset, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of web development, SEO, and digital marketing.

Role Responsibilities

Website Strategy & Management
•    Lead the architecture, development, and optimisation of our global HubSpot CMS website. 
•    Oversee the planning and rollout of new pages, templates, and functionality to meet business and regional needs.
•    Ensure the website is accessible, mobile-responsive, fast, and fully aligned with UX and brand guidelines.
•    Manage integrations between HubSpot and other digital tools (CRM, analytics, automation, etc.).
•    Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

SEO & Digital Growth
•    Develop and deliver SEO strategies that increase organic visibility and qualified lead generation across all markets.
•    Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing content optimisation.
•    Implement best practices in technical SEO – including structured data, redirects, internal linking, and site speed improvements.
•    Monitor and report performance via Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and HubSpot dashboards.
•    Collaborate with content and campaign teams to ensure SEO alignment in all digital activity.

Performance & Insights
•    Use analytics and CRO techniques to enhance website conversions and user journeys.
•    Identify opportunities to strengthen the digital footprint through data insights and experimentation.
•    Implement tracking and reporting structures (GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot) to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
•    Provide actionable recommendations to marketing and leadership teams to drive digital growth.

Collaboration & Governance
•    Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to align global web and SEO strategies.
•    Maintain documentation for website standards, SEO governance, and digital workflows.
•    Stay up to date with evolving SEO, HubSpot, and digital marketing trends, sharing knowledge across the business.
•    Support platform integration initiatives with CRM platforms and tools 
•    Partner with sales and product teams to align digital efforts with commercial goals.

There may be travel to our other CMS sites in the UK, Ireland and internationally, as and when required.

Skills & Personal Attributes

Education & Experience:
•    3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, SEO, or web management roles.
•    Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS (templates, modules, page building, and reporting).
•    Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical optimisation, and analytics.
•    Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (comfortable editing and troubleshooting code).
•    Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
•    Collaborative mindset — able to work across teams and markets.

Desirable
•    Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites.
•    Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, Google Optimize, HubSpot A/B testing).
•    UX/UI or design experience (Figma, Adobe XD).
•    HubSpot certifications or similar credentials.
•    Comfortable balancing strategic vision with day-to-day operational delivery.
