Job Purpose Summary

At CMS Distribution, we are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Graduate Programme, where you will be fast tracked into the Technical team for DrayTek. Role Responsibilities

  • Learning and understanding the DrayTek product portfolio.
  • Get up to speed with lab-based training on routers and more.
  • Gain internal certifications for DrayTek.
  • Learn the DrayTek ticketing system to respond to support email queries.
  • Respond to email queries from customers in a timely manner.
  • Call handling to provide technical support to our customers, including resellers and end users in helping them to resolve technical issues.
  • Log all answered calls on the call logging system.
  • Identify and write product FAQ documents.
  • Supporting internal sales teams with technical queries.

Additional Responsibilities

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Customer Service experience or technical experience is desirable.
  • BA/BSc level 2:2 or higher.
  • Ambition, curiosity, and drive will be key attributes for success.
  • Valuing personal growth through continuous learning and development.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate eloquently in both written and verbal formats, both face-to-face and remotely.

  • Lateral thinker with creative and solution-oriented mindset.
