Job Purpose Summary

Role Responsibilities

This initial period will focus on building a strong foundation for a Graduate role within the Customer Success team for the CMS store, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to the team's goals:

  • Onboarding and Training: undergo onboarding sessions to familiarize with company policies and structure, vendor portfolio, CMS Store specifics and Magento.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: to address customers' issues, execute customers’ engagement initiatives, and get internal feedback regarding customer needs (working with our other departments at CMS - finance team, sales teams, marketing).
  • Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation: Learn to generate basic reports to understand the initial impact of customer success activities.
  • Customer interactions: initial contact with e-commerce customers, gaining insights regarding their expectations and challenges.
  • Attend cross-functional and internal team meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of CMS Store specifics and projects.

Through these roles and responsibilities, the Graduate will contribute positively to customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BA/BSc degree. Minimum 2:2. Business, Marketing, CRM, or any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and in verbal format.
  • Office administration or Sales experience is desirable

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
